The goal of the project was to reduce manual customer handling, simplify pickup scheduling, and provide a faster, more accessible experience for customers who prefer messaging over traditional phone calls or web forms.
The bot allows customers to interact directly through WhatsApp to schedule laundry pickups, request pricing information, ask service-related questions, and communicate with the business in real time. Instead of navigating complex systems, users can complete requests through simple guided conversations.
