Bothub is an AI-powered business automation platform I built to make intelligent automation more accessible and practical for businesses.

The idea behind Bothub goes beyond simple chatbots. Businesses often handle customer enquiries, lead qualification, support, follow-ups and repetitive operational tasks manually across disconnected systems. Bothub was designed as a platform where these processes can be automated, connected and managed from one ecosystem.

At the centre of the platform is conversational automation. Businesses can deploy intelligent WhatsApp experiences capable of understanding natural customer conversations, answering questions using business-specific knowledge, collecting information, qualifying leads and guiding customers through structured workflows.

Rather than relying entirely on predefined commands or rigid conversation trees, Bothub combines AI with controlled business logic. This allows conversations to remain natural while important actions and workflows continue to follow defined rules.

Beyond conversations, the platform is designed around integrations. APIs and external business systems can be connected to allow automated experiences to perform real actions such as retrieving information, triggering workflows, processing enquiries and passing data between services.

I designed and developed the platform with scalability in mind, allowing Bothub to grow beyond WhatsApp automation into a broader ecosystem covering AI assistants, business automation, custom integrations and intelligent software solutions.

Bothub represents the intersection of several areas I've worked in over the years: software development, APIs, infrastructure, AI, web technologies and business automation.
